Chloeinstyle accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date on small accessories/items for a full refund, less the original and return shipping fees. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) valid for 5 business days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Furniture, artwork, mirrors, lighting, and custom personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are custom orders from the vendor.
Rugs incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return including the original cost of shipping. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Custom pillows and made-to-order upholstery pieces are final sale.
Before returning any item, please send us an email at email@example.com for approval. Please note that the return shipping will be at your own expense and that Chloeinstyle initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not provide return shipping labels. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in their original state and packaging.
