Returns & Refunds Policy
Chloe in Style has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Chloe in Style accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date on small accessories/items for a full refund, less the original and return shipping fees. Simply email us at info@chloeinstyle.com, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) valid for 5 business days. The product will be inspected and refunded in full, Chloeinstyle will retain the original shipping cost
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Furniture, artwork, mirrors, lighting, and custom personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are custom orders from the vendor.
Rugs incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return including the original cost of shipping. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
Custom pillows and made-to-order upholstery pieces are final sale.
Return Shipping
Before returning any item, please send us an email at info@chloeinstyle.com for approval. Please note that the return shipping will be at your own expense and that Chloeinstyle initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not provide return shipping labels. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in their original state and packaging.
Limitation of Liability
Chloeinstyle Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless Chloeinstyle Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario
